We have been helped by Charles, he is so kind and knowledgeable, he really did his best to understand our request. We tried several different options, my son got an hot chocolate and everybody had a great experience. We decided to go for the most expensive one because of the quality and we received for free two memoril pillow. Payment has been very fast, overall experience was great. Thanks Charles.
