From the time we entered the store we were given every assistance from your friendly staff. When we needed time on our own we were given that space but staff were always ready to provided any assistance. It was an overall good shopping experience.

we got to the shop at 10.30am as we didnt notice the opening time of 11am on a sunday. when we came back at around 11.30am, Stuart greeted us with a 'welcome back' - which was nice. we needed to find a bed or bed sofa that was available to be delivered before Christmas, Stuart helped us with availability This is the third bed we have purchased from Dreams this year and the main reason we continue to go back to the same shop is because of the positive customer service experience we receive. we are offered tea and biscuits which is a nice touch

I was greeted by Charlie, who was very friendly, she was really knowledgeable and she makes a great cup of tea! I liked that she gave us a little intro, which helped us navigate the store. She then allowed us the space and time to look around, checking in where appropriate. I hate when people follow you around or watch you. Just feels like uncomfortable pressure. With Charlie, she was absolutely lovely, it didn't feel rushed, l didn't feel pressured and more importantly, it didn't feel like a sales pitch. It really felt like she wanted to give us the right information, time and space to decide what was right for us. I need a second mattress and bed, I will be going back to the same store and back to Charlie!

Fantastic and friendly help from Mike. He greeted us as we entered, offered us hot drinks, and showed us around the store and helped us decide which bed and mattress would work for us. He had me use the big machine thingy to test which mattress would be most suitable. It's clear hes passionate about his job and he made the whole shopping experience very enjoyable for us.

Micky the sales person was friendly knowledgeable and listened to our needs. We were advised and given plenty of time to make our decision and did not feel pressured.

James was very helpful, knowledgable and friendly without being a pushy salesman.

The guy who helped was really friendly, funny and understanding of what I was looking for. He was very helpful and it was super easy to find what I was looking for! And the bed system which told me the style I should be going for really helped me make my decision too.

As soon as entering the store an assistant asked us our needs, then point to the product that we were looking for and explained about the product. We were also offered a drink, so very satisfied.
