this is my third purchase from that shop and the beds are excellent and the customer service is excellent - there to help but not too pushy if you just want to look around. Nice cuppa too :)

Kevin was brilliant, he found us the right mattress at the right price, and processed our order efficiently and covered finance options, delivery and additional bits with a friendly smile ( and he makes a great cup of tea)

The assistant that served me with incredibly helpful going over and beyond and with my grandson running off he was helpful with that too, unfortunately I can’t remember his name

Charli was very friendly and hugely informative but also in a relaxed way which meant we didn't feel like we were under pressure. Overall we were incredibly impressed with the whole experience and have already recommended your store (and Charli), to others - less than 4hrs after leaving the store!

We were immediately assisted as we walked into the store. Charlie, the lady who assisted us, was extremely helpful and friendly - she even gave our baby daughter a cookie when she started getting niggly. Excellent service!

The staff member Charles was very knowledgable and helped us find the perfect bed. The other staff were also friendly and offered us hot drinks.
