Kevin was amazing from the second we walked in. He showed us 5 beds accordingly to our needs, wasn't pushy at all, explained everything about every item, offer us a drink, was very polite

Kevin, who served us, was extremely helpful and friendly, greeting us and offering tea/coffee (we had the latter). He gave us all the information we were looking for, including using the Sleepmatch device, and a courtesy pillow each to aid our comfort. A thoroughly satisfying experience, and we look forward to our new mattress.

The staff were friendly but not pushy I tried out the bed that gave me an idea of the perfect mattress. Then ordered with ease very satisfied.

The assistant was exceptional

Charles the salesman was amazing, I really had no idea and no knowledge of mattresses in general and he explained very well and also explained the colour chart of the different type of beds (coil springs etc) He was very helpful clear and told all relevant information. Amazing worker

The sales assistant, Charli, was very friendly and, more importantly, very knowledgeable. She listened to our requirements and looked to find the best option to satisfy them. At no time was she "pushy" and allowed us time to discuss the options.

Mick Picciano was incredibly helpful and not too pushy.

We were greeted within seconds of walking in the door. The assistant was friendly, informative and knew when to leave us to reflect on the advice provided. He let my daughter use the new machine which works out the best type of mattress, which was done swiftly and efficiently. Overall, a very pleasant experience.

James, Kevin and Dan were extremely helpful and efficient and after our initial phone call put things ready for us so that we could be quick when we arrived instore. Their service was above wnet way beyond the call of duty.

Michele was very helpful and very welcoming and at no time did I feel pressured at all. He made me feel like I shouldn’t rush my decision. Great help.
