The greeting was extremely professional, courteous and polite. Kevin made my cup if tea, just how I liked it, my husband thought the coffee nice. Saved us money on the pillow choice. Sleep match, was a new and novel way for us to choose a bed, absolutely loved it. Coming back for other rooms when due. X

James really listened to what we actually needed from a medical point of view and asked us to try the 3D test bed and from that showed us a mattress that we would never have considered and it was super comfy, he really knew his stuff

I went in to buy a new mattress and and a salesman came over to ask if he could assist me, I said that I wanted to have a look round first but when I was ready he came back and showed me the type of mattress I was looking for and after trying 3 I decided on the oneI wanted and we then completed the ale.

The sales man was extremely helpful and friendly. Very knowledgeable on the products and there was no pressure to buy

It was excellent service from the time we walked in, no one to hassle us but knew where to find them if needed, would definitely go back there.

Our assistant, Kevin, was friendly and knowledgeable. Your product range is extensive and varied. We ended up buying a mattress made in part from recycled plastic. The research and innovation that went into making that product shows a commitment to climate concerns, which we appreciated. All the staff were friendly and helpful as we researched our purchase- not easy as I have 2 broken ribs at the moment. The technology that helped us choose our mattress was impressive and not gimmicky. Your 40 day return policy is extremely helpful and fair. Need I go on!

From the moment the door was opened for us on our first visit on Saturday to going in to order with Kevin on Sunday it could not have been a nicer experience. Nothing was to much trouble and they took time to explain everything giving us all the information we needed to make the right choice.
