Dreams - High Wycombe

The floor staff were very friendly whilst looking at the beds, asking us for help and they weren't hard to find when we asked to purchase the bed. The floor staff were very informative, letting us know what we can expect from purchasing the bed and offered other services like the extra warranty particularly with an ottoman bed (which we decided to add as this was what we were purchasing). We were offered a coffee to drink whilst waiting to be served to put in our order, the coffee was nice and a lovely hospitable surprise. Charli who served us when completing the purchase was friendly, funny and a joy to talk to whilst going through the necessary paperwork.

Kevin was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, giving us time alone to discuss our options at all the right stages during our visit.

I thought the 'diagnosis' bed was clever and hopefully accurate. James, the assistant who served me, was extremely helpful and patient.

Christiaan greeted us in the car park because we arrived early & they hadn't opened yet. He let us in, was very personable and made us feel comfortable. He got us coffee and showed my mum (the buyer) how to use the machine attached to a bed. It showed her which type of mattress to go for and Christiaan guided us to try several. Mum was very pleased with her purchase. Well Done Dreams and in particular Christiaan who was spot on. Thank you

We were served by Mick who helped us to find out what bed we wanted and while we hadn’t planned to order there and then we did.

The man who sold me the bed was very patient and kind and helped me and answered all my questions , explaining the machine to help decide a mattress amongst many other things

Greeted politely with a smile and was walked through our bed options trying out various models until we found what was right for us.

Very simple We knew what we wanted and the sales person did not try to upsell or sell anything that wasn't needed

Staff were willing to help offer advice without feeling pressurised. All very welcoming. Therefore would be happy to return for any future purchases

We were highly satisfied with the overall service, we were a bit dubious at first as we had an unpleasant experience with Dreams High Wycombe many years ago, the store has had a great transformation since our last visit
