We were greeted by a young Christmas temp called Toby and he was fabulous .. he set us up on the mattress machine to allocate suitable matresses for us and then he passed us onto Dan Chapman. What a great pair of guys. Dan was really down to earth and knew his stuff. It was nice to not feel we were being given "bull" - he didn't over push expensive items - he showed all the options and guided us. We did end up with the most expensive, but felt it was down to his knowledge, not just looking for commission as we had in other shops. Both guys were an asset to DREAMS .. Abdul the manager was very approachable as well.

Kevin the Sales assistant that helped me was really helpful and knowledgeable but also gave us the space so we could try out the beds. He talked us through the sleepmatch process and then showed us the best beds in a range of prices and styles. Have gave us pillows to take around with us and he also made us a lovely cup of tea.

The sales staff Abdul greeted me and set me up the the Dream macines. Kevin the salesman then explained the print out and showed me the various options and beds most suited to my requirements.

James greeted us a we entered the shop, he was not at all pushy, well-informed and gave us all the options we needed. James did not try and force a sale on us and gave us all the information which led to us choosing the right bed and mattress for us.... James offered us tea/coffee and biscuits whilst we completed our order, he then offered us and fully explained to us extra guarantee which we happily purchased but never felt under any pressure at any time. I cannot say how happy we were with James he was charming and polite at all times and would thoroughly recommend him and Dreams

Store Assistant Charles was very helpful, not at all pressurised, and willing to engage in conversation about all the mattresses we were considering, irrespective of price. We were offered a hot drink and made welcome to spend as much time as necessary considering our choices. Dreams were very efficient in emailing and texting regularly with sales and delivery information, and delivery was made by a courteous operative Rafal, who clearly explained usage/return of our new mattress. It was unwrapped by him and put onto our bed. Plastic packaging was taken away.

We visited twice, once helped by the very knowledgeable Abdul and then we bought the bed from Michele. They knew their stuff, they helped us get what we wanted for the price we wanted too. The store is very clean and all the staff greeted us and seemed very friendly. I would say that if it hadn't been for the help of the staff, I would never have found what I wanted. While the store looked smart, having all these divans with no headboards on and then trying to play mix and match was a bit tricky, as it isn't made obvious what goes with what range.
