I was recommended Dreams by my Daughter-in-law who had visited the showroom the prior week and was extremely pleased with the service she got. Knowing I wanted to buy a new bed and mattress she suggested that she take me as the service was so good and the man who served her extremely helpful, which made the process easy and fun. The same store assistant greeted us, remembering my daughter- in-law from the previous week, and he was brilliant in helping me purchase my new mattress and bed, highly needed after nearly 40 years!

We have purchased products from Dreams for several years and always been pleased with the service. Mick was friendly and very helpful.

We found the ideal bed very quickly and were made to feel very welcome by all the staff. We enjoyed a cup of tea and a ‘comfort break’. Overall we had a very enjoyable and stress free experience.

The manager who sold us the product was very helpful, friendly and knowledgable. He was very thorough regarding our needs and patient too !
