We were very well looked after by Michele at the High Wycombe branch. He welcomed us in a friendly and knowledgeable manner, offered us tea, and guided us to the best fit beds (recommended from the diagnostic bed), giving us plenty of time to try them whilst still being nearby in case we needed anything. We were also given a range of pillows to test. Everything was explained very clearly and we were very happy with the service provided.

We have purchased products from Dreams for several years and always been pleased with the service. Mick was friendly and very helpful.
