The shop assistant was very helpful and polite He spent time with us and explained the differences between to the products. We even used the test bed that took readings on our sleeping positions which was very interesting.

We were served by James in the High Wycombe store. His knowledge was second to none. This has to be one of the very best shopping experiences we have had. Knowledge, recommendations and support was top notch. I feel that we have a top quality set of products on the way and James was so patient with us. Not so much buying a bed as ‘beginning a journey towards many years of good sleep’. Utterly priceless. Thanks so much.

Friendlly, helpful and knowledgable agent. The Sleepmatch Tecnology was impressive. The whole process was slick from entering the store, being guided through the Sleepmatch Technology. being shown the diffferent options with clear explanations, being helped with our decision and then placing the order. We left the store with a green bag for disposal of the mattress to be replaced. The e-mail with the documentation was awaiting us when we arrived home. This is the second time in recent months that I have shopped at Dreams. Both experiences were highly satisfactory!

We went back to the dreams store just to have another look at the bed we liked. We were greeted by Kevin as we entered the store with a warm welcome and he had remembered us from a previous visit which was great. We chatted through the bed we liked again and Kevin answered all our question with expert knowledge and really sound advice. We did the sleep match which was a little strange but resulted in us choosing a firm mattress which actually was the right option for us. We really were made to feel like high valued customers throughout our shopping experience and we even purchased pillows after trying them out with the mattress. My 11 year old also loved the hot chocolate she got. Apparently it’s the best ever! We now can’t wait for our new bed to arrive. It’s been over 10years since we had a new one! Kevin is a real credit to you it sales staff!

In the Loudwater high wycombe store Charles was extremely friendly & helped so much & made it very easy to order the bed we wanted. Excellent customer services skills we would return due to this.

We were very well looked after by Michele at the High Wycombe branch. He welcomed us in a friendly and knowledgeable manner, offered us tea, and guided us to the best fit beds (recommended from the diagnostic bed), giving us plenty of time to try them whilst still being nearby in case we needed anything. We were also given a range of pillows to test. Everything was explained very clearly and we were very happy with the service provided.
