We were greeted by Kevin was very informative about all the products we were trying. He gave us space and time to ponder over our decision. The Sleep Match mattresses were very helpful in identifying which type of beds we should try which saved a lot of time. We were offered a drink and Kevin was also able to identify which pillows would be suitable for us. We are glad to have the opportunity to change the mattress 30-40 days after delivery.

Pretty much as soon as we entered our local Dreams we were met by Dan with a friendly smile and welcome. Dan asked if he could help us, but without being at all pushy and as we knew what we needed help with, we asked for his help. He took us straight to the assessment bed and then showed us around the Showroom until we had narrowed down our choices. Dan had all the knowledge and advice we needed, or found it for us. He gave us the space to talk and make decisions, and even though it was busy, we didn't feel rushed or pushed into a decision at all. We chose a Tempur mattress and were really pleased to be able to take our new Tempur pillows home with us and to be able to use them while we wait for our new bed. We love them and can't wait for our new bed to arrive!!
