Excellent customer service from a knowledgeable member of staff

Josh the shop assistant made it a really pleasant trip to dreams. We’d been to a couple of bed shops and been overwhelmed with the bed choice and uninterested sales staff. However josh was so helpful, friendly and informative it made the trip a pleasure. We weren’t planning on buying on the day but as josh was so helpful answering all of our questions we decided to buy there and then.

Charles was very pleasant and helpful. He appeared to have good product knowledge and listened to what I was looking for and didn’t try to sell something I didn’t want. I was also offered tea a couple of times.

From the moment I walked in the door I was made to feel welcome. Kevin was very understanding to my needs and helped me to make a choice after I had given him the specifications that were needed.

The assistant (charlie) was very welcoming, extremely knowledgable about the products, not at all pushy

James was absolutely brilliant. He is a wonderful sales man and delivers an appropriate and approachable technique to the customers needs and requirements. I cannot thank James enough for finding me the perfect bed.

The Assistant - James was superb. He has clearly been trained very well and you have honed the art of getting people to buy your product ti a fine art. BUT what made the difference was his enthusiasm, personality and ability to push back gently but with a level of expertise (we hope the proof of the pudding will be in the sleeping!). He genuinely made us feel cared-about and looked after.
