Dreams - High Wycombe

We decided to visit Dreams HighWycombe with the intention of just browsing, we were met by very informative staff my husband and I were advised to try your new machine and we ended our visit by buying a new bed we left the store very satisfied customers, this would certainly not have happened but for your excellent staff.

Kevin, (High Wycombe) the rep was very helpful, he pointed us in the right direction and advised on what we needed. Furthermore he did NOT constantly harass us, but was available when we had questions. No pushy sales technic.

Friendly staff nice coffee! Sales rep was excellent, often furniture stores have over bearing sales staff --- didn't feel any "sales pressure"

We received fantastic advice and assistance from a member of staff - James in the Loudwater store. His knowledge was impressive and his sales manner was exceptional. Due to his assistance we purchased everything we required in record time.

All the members of team at dreams were so lovely and made me feel very welcome ! I also loved the new sleep match machine

The gentleman that serve me was very helpful and explained it very well to me a d my daughter his name was mick and he really did a great job.

Went looking for a suitable mattress. Found the staff helpful & knowledgable and ended up with the mattress I needed.
