Abdul at High Wycombe store was very helpful and knowledgeable, he pointed us in the direction of the Sleep machine, he offered us tea or coffee, showed us to the beds best suited to us and left us to decide. he was available to answer questions at any moment, not all pushy which is a big plus in our opinion.

Our assistant Josh was friendly, had excellent product knowledge made us feel comfortable but was not pushy. He also took the time to show us all relevant products and made the whole experience clear.

We were greeted Instantly. We were offered pillows to suit our needs as we tried out the beds. They helped us use the sleepmatch machine. Frequently offered hot and cold drinks throughout the experience. Mick was the salesman who helped us and he was the most helpful employee of any company I’ve ever had to help me.
