Dreams - High Wycombe

I generally don't like furniture shops because of pushy salesmen, but Dreams was an entirely different experience; i felt completely at ease throughout my shopping experience. I was expertly advised by Christiaan, and ended up with a product I'm completely satisfied with

I had a very nice welcome from Charlie and was offered a coffee she was very informative and her knowledge especially about the benefits of the pillow talk it was a breath of fresh air to have such a pleasant and relaxing greeting. Definitely recommend my friends and family to dreams

The Dreams Colleague who assisted us, James, was very knowledgeable about the products. He listened carefully to what we wanted and offered us several options that were appropriate to our needs. He then helped us narrow down to the product that we bought. The process of buying/placing the order was efficiently done. We felt that our custom was valued.

Charles attitude and knowledge created a memorable experience out of a dreadful task of bed shopping. We were greeted and offered a hot drink, went through the Sleepmatch process, looked at some pillows and managed to find a mattress quickly because of Charles expertise! It was fun :) Will be coming back!

The shop assistant, James, was very good at starting by identifying what type of mattress was likely to be appropriate for me after lying on the monitoring bed and took me to try out 5 or 6 mattresses until I decided which one felt the best for my needs. James was informative, patient, courteous and thorough.
