Dreams - High Wycombe

My 2 children and I arrived before my husband at the Loudwater store, I was greeted upon arrival and asked if I needed any help, to which I replied I will have a look round while I am waiting for my husband as he wants to choose a new bed....my husband took 30mins to arrive! In that time we were offered a hot drink and water for my children, they supplied picture for my children to colour and also had biscuits for them. When my husband arrived James (the assistant that had been helping me) had amazing knowledge of all the mattresses and after talking to my husband he recommended one that my husband really liked...James also suggested trying the bed that accesses your body/sleeping position etc so my husband did and actually the bed he had recommended was one of the beds that was suggested by the machine. James spent a look of time with us advising us about bed bases and also pillows....which we also purchased. Even my husband commented how good and nice James was.

Christian who was helping us was informative but gave us space to think and make decisions. He also had a great sense of humour. Whole experience was top notch. Pleased we went to Dreams and will return. Interestingly we visited Hypnos the day before (head office in Princes Risborough) and they were slightly stand offish and less helpful. Also their pricing was quite confusing.

Our assistant Charlie was brilliant. Within a few minutes of arriving in the store, she approached me in a very friendly manner and offered me a drink. She took time to listen to what I was looking for and offered me various options without being pushy. I was very impressed with her knowledge of the products and her warm customer-focussed approach. She did not try to oversell but instead made the experience very helpful and non-pressured. Even though it was at the end of a Saturday, she treated us valued clients and we were made to feel at home, and offer advice and space to consider our options in an unhurried way. It is our first visit to Dreams and we were so impressed by how we were treated. there was a power cut just as we were ordering and Charlie assured us that even if the were did not return, we would receive a phone-call tomorrow to continue with our order. The very positive experience made us want to make a purchase rather than just browse.
