Kevin was extremely helpful and took time to fully understand our needs. We did not feel in any way pressured but recognise that we dealing with someone who was both friendly and knowledgeable.

From the first time i met the staff who were outside at the time, i think these were the delivery drivers.they were polite and friendly and very welcoming.

We were asked if we would like assistance as soon as we walked in the shop. James was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and attentive.

We knew what we wanted and the staff understood this and were able to accommodate us.
