The sales colleague was incredibly helpful, friendly and allowed us the time we needed. No pressure and even a cup of tea.

We were greeted at the door, asked what we were looking for, offered tea and coffee, grandchildren had hot chocolate which made shopping with them so much easier. We then used the sleep zone for the right mattress for ourselves which was spot on and helped us to choose our mattress so much easier. Explained that our bedroom was in the eaves of the house and had limited space and was then shown the beds that would suite our purpose rather than having to look round the whole showroom to find what we needed. Overall a very relaxing experience.
