from the moment we entered the shop Mick was welcoming and helpful. My son was offered a computer generated opinion of which mattress would be most comfortable for him and he showed us many different options in different price ranges. He offered us a drink and seemed to really have a good knowledge of the full range available.

We were greeted As we entered the store and asked if we needed help but declined as we wanted to browse ourselves first. Once we had an idea of what we were looking for we asked an assistant for information. We were offered a drink and given the information we needed to help make our purchase, without a pushy sales conversation. Dan was helpful and knowledgable and again offered additional products without being pushy. We were able to chose a delivery date which worked with our new house too.

Staff were amazing. Very attentive, polite, welcoming and extremely helpful.

We went in knowing what we were looking for and were shown all products within what we wanted. Told the price given comparisons and worked well within our budget. The sales advisor was great and extremely helpful, even offered us a drink which you don’t get in many places!
