Good range of mattresses, liked Sleepmatch assessment, all staff were extremely friendly and knowledgeable but not pushy which made the buying experience pleasurable. Our salesman (Charles) was fantastic - highly knowledgable, and, importantly, listened to what we had to say. liked that he wasn't pushy and allowed us to make our own decisions. Staff were clearly a good team - all helping one another and all friendly towards us while leaving Charles to do his job. Compared to John Lewis where we had previously visited, the difference was noticeable.

Sales assistant available promptly. Very knowledgeable assistant, availability of products to view and try out was good. Time taken in store not too long. Generally very good service.

from the moment we entered the shop Mick was welcoming and helpful. My son was offered a computer generated opinion of which mattress would be most comfortable for him and he showed us many different options in different price ranges. He offered us a drink and seemed to really have a good knowledge of the full range available.
