Dreams - High Wycombe

From the moment I walked in, the service was exceptional. I was greeted, offered a bottle of water, and invited to use the sleep assessment machine. The first mattress I was invited to try turned out to be the one I ordered two of, even after trying 6 others. There was no pressure applied of any kind. The representative was very patient with me. The service was of a standard to be reckoned with, and having been in Euston Station earlier that day, I believe the world has a great deal to learn from Dreams.

Despite the shop being busy we were able to take a bed survey, and try all of the beds which we were interested in. We were not rushed, but were given helpful directions when needed. We were offered pillows to try the beds with and given paper to cover the pillows with. We were offered half price items following our decision to purchase, and given a pack of 4 pillows. The visit was a very pleasant experience and we were deilighted to discover that the mattresses would be availablee within a week.

We were greeted by Josh in a friendly way when we entered the High Wycombe store and we said what we were looking for. He was very knowledgeable about all the products & helped us to make an informed decision to choose the most suitable bed & mattress for our needs.
