The store was very well organised with the COVID 19 guidelines, eg hand sanitiser, gloves, covers to place on the beds to sit on and bottled water. We were met by James who assisted us throughout the visit to the store and conformed to the guidelines by wearing a mask and keeping at a 2 metre distance. He was very helpful and had a good knowledge of the products we were interested in (an ottoman bed base). We were very satisfied with our visit.

delivery slot had to be changed due to my postcode being put in the order form wrong. Could of be because of my accent. The delivery date is the following week after. Which is fine l.
