James who served me on my sale was very helpfull and didn't rush me at all he told me to take my time I found him very helpful.

The store was very well organised with the COVID 19 guidelines, eg hand sanitiser, gloves, covers to place on the beds to sit on and bottled water. We were met by James who assisted us throughout the visit to the store and conformed to the guidelines by wearing a mask and keeping at a 2 metre distance. He was very helpful and had a good knowledge of the products we were interested in (an ottoman bed base). We were very satisfied with our visit.
