The moment we stepped into the shop, we were greeted Charlie. Charlie asked what we were looking for and explained the layout of the store. After telling her that we needed a new mattress, Charlie guided us towards your sleep machine. While the machine measured us, Charlie even got a coffee for my husband which was lovely. After your machine made its calculations and, Charlie guided us to the mattress options. She explained the features of each matress in detail and included information about offers available. Charlie clearly has a passion for her job and it was a pleasure to listen to her. She had an feeling of when to provide additional information and when to step back so my husband and I could discuss a specific option. After we chose, Charlie took our order and talked us through every step. She made further recommendations, which we appreciated. Charlie has an incredible amount of knowledge and we really felt looked after by her. We were so impressed that we already recommended you to several of our neighbors who are also thinking of changing their mattresses. The best customer service I have experienced in years! From the moment we walked in the door we were listened to, helped, went on the bed to monitor and advise and then Charlie was excellent with helping us

Our sales assistant James was extremely helpful and showed us all the options and gave us all the information before making our purchase. All members of staff were inviting and friendly too

Michael who helped us was very professional and friendly. He was very knowledgable, and was attentive and present without being over bearing. It was really nice the way he walked off when my daughter was trying the mattresses out (she liked that because being a typical teen was self conscious about laying on the beds!) We told him what we were looking for and he showed us a few products that suited our needs. The ordering process was nice and easy and Michale explained everything. The only down side was how uncomfortable the chairs were when we sat there to order!

As soon as we walked through the door at 10am opening, we were greeted by Leah, who listened to our concerns and issues. She was very pleasant and gave us time to ask questions and suggested that we take the Sleepmatch test. Her knowledge of all the products we tried, reassured us completly. She offered us a drink, which we declined. Her help was greatly received and she also gave us the special pillows to try out whilst we were on the beds.
