Quicky attended to when entering the store, was informed of practices in place due to COVID and given a quick introduction and analysed on the bed machine. We were then shown beds which suited us very quickly and the salesman was pretty spot on in regards to which beds would suit us. Ordering was also very easy, everything taken care of in a very quick fashion.

James was great discussing with us the ottoman beds and advising what was better for our needs including mattress James is highly attentive and has a great sense of humour, great customer service overall from him

I called and spoke to James. He helped with two enquiries I had. We got a mattress three years ago and we couldn’t find it again on your website to ordered a superking. He helped to find the same one that had been upgraded and said returning it if we are not happy. He also helped with the bed we ordered as I wanted to see if the legs could be changed. He was so friendly and helpful. A lot of customer services staff have been so grumpy during this pandemic when we’ve called other companies. It was so refreshing to speak to James who seemed very happy to be at work and helping his customers. I left a happy customer and will return when I need another bed or mattress x
