Booked an appointment online. Was met at the entrance by Marika. She was very friendly and helpful. Gave us protection for cover Gave us a pillow case. Took my son to the special mattress that established what type he should look at. Helped him choose a good pillow. Showed us lots of options. My son tested lots of mattresses and chose one and bought 2 of the pillows he had tried.
