We rang before our visit to the store. Mick answered our call and was prompt and very polite on the phone. He was busy with another customer when we arrived but took the time to come and say hello and even remembered my name from the call. He got his colleague [Christian ?] whom I think was a manager to help us straight away. He was very patient and answered all our questions and his product knowledge was great. We will definitely be returning to this store when we need to get a new bed ourselves. The one we got today was for our son. I would also like to say that the safety aspects [re covid 19 ] were followed to a high standard and we felt safe and very happy during our visit.

James gave us excellent help in choosing the right mattress & pillows for our needs. When I return to Dreams High Wycombe I will ask for James's assistance again.
