James was most attentive to us seemed to have excellent product knowledge and answered all of our questions. He even arranged for us to have a coffee while we were making our minds up. We were offered a variety of delivery times. We found James very polite and helpful with excellent customer service skills and very patient with two 70+ year olds. We will certainly recommend this young man and hope the delivery and collection of our old goods on Monday goes smoothly. Please give James our thanks for his assistance. . Alva Anderson.

Both Marika and Christian were very helpful. We explained that we were buying a new house and they both took an interest and engaged in conversation. They asked us relevant questions and helped us pick the correct bed and mattress for us. We opted for a tempur mattress as we wanted to splash out a bit knowing that you spend so much time in bed. The Tempur always seemed like a pricier version of a normal memory foam mattress but when we lay on it we realised how much better it was. The store had hand sanitiser and wipes waiting at the door and someone to greet you. All staff were wearing masks and kept their distance without it being intimidating or making you feel anxious. There were screens up at the desk when we ordered.
