Mick was very helpful, assisting us to decide which bed to buy. He was very polite, knowledgeable and understanding of our needs.

James at your High Wycombe store gave us great customer service, we was given the time to try the mattresses out that were best matched to us. We had children with us and again we felt comfortable with them in the store.

Charlie was welcoming, friendly, knowledgable and patient. She took time to understand our needs and preferences and gave us several different options to test. Gave us time and space to make a decision without pressure, while also ensuring we had advice and support to make the right decision.

Its a local store for us and have purchased from Dreams for many years and always find the range of products good and the Customer service, excellent

Can’t praise Kevin who assisted us throughout our visit to dreams enough. Greeted us as we entered, listened to our needs. He began by assisting us with the sleep match, then assisted us by showing possible mattresses. Kevin was helpful, but not at all pushy and showed us options and left us to try but was available when we needed him for any questions etc. We were offered a drink during our visit, he was fab with our daughter who was with us too. We were so pleased with our visit and can’t wait for our new bed to arrive in just a few days time.
