The person who served us, Kevin, was extremely helpful from start to finish, both as reagrds the advice he gave and dealing with the order we placed

The person who served us, Kevin, was extremely helpful from start to finish, both as reagrds the advice he gave and dealing with the order we placed

On entering the store we were greeted by a friendly member of staff (Kevin) and offered hand sanitizer,which of course we used. We were offered the Sleepmatch experience to judge which mattress we would need but we refused this option and were not forced into it. We were left to look at the products and not bothered by staff although Kevin had said that he was there if we needed him, perfect!! Although we only went in for a mattress as we were not hassled we had a good look around and ended up buying a beautiful bed. Kevin offered us a pillow to test the bed and a drink, we accepted both. The purchase was simple and quick and we are looking forward to our lovely new bed. Overall a very good experience with knowledgeable friendly staff who care about their customers.
