Mick was extremely helpful as I needed a bed asap. The order was processed with his help and the delivery an earlier date than the option on line. So I was highly satisfied.

I felt I was greeted well and given the necessary advice and knowledge to make sure I left with the correct matress I required. One thing I really likely was the way the store assistant Josh was helpful throughout and given provided me with a coffee. He made me feel comfortable in the store without being pressured into a quick sale giving me enough time to make a decision.

advisor was helpful but not pushy, explained different products well. infection control measure were in place.
