The store was well laid out, with a wide variety of bed types and mattresses. We were greeted as soon as we entered and assistance given. At no time did we feel pressured, with the salesman (James?) giving advice and choices regarding beds, mattresses and pillows. The overall experience was very pleasant.

Charlie was amazing. Very polite, knowledgeable and overall professional sales lady. She is an absolute credit to Dreams.
