Our assistant was knowledgeable and friendly, thorough and understood what we were looking for. He offered refreshments and never made us feel that we needed to rush our decision. He left us to discuss our needs and make a decision rather than feel any pressure from him.

Josh was excellent - he took time to talk to us, offered us refreshement while we waited for the mattress measurement machine - we used that and it was great. He then showed us the mattresses it had recommended plus a few extra ones for comparison. At no point did we feel pressured and he really took time to listen to our feedback. He could not have been more attentive while always keeping an eye on the Covid-19 guidelines (cleaning down the mattresses etc.) We made the decision to buy on the spot based on his excellent customer service

Excellent and friendly customer service. Josh was very patient and made it much easier to fine tune our needs. He had a good knowledge of product which always helps when trying to choose.

The store was well laid out, with a wide variety of bed types and mattresses. We were greeted as soon as we entered and assistance given. At no time did we feel pressured, with the salesman (James?) giving advice and choices regarding beds, mattresses and pillows. The overall experience was very pleasant.
