As we had kids in tow we were wondering if the visit would even be possible. Fortunately there were not many people around at the time of our arrival and the extra health and safety in place was very re-assuring. Charlie was great, asked us what we wanted and directed us appropriately. More customers came in to the store whilst we were there and the staff kept us distanced. The one thing that may need to change is where you sit to pay, maybe only have 2 desks open instead of 3 as distancing was not as well kept as around the store.

Our assistant was knowledgeable and friendly, thorough and understood what we were looking for. He offered refreshments and never made us feel that we needed to rush our decision. He left us to discuss our needs and make a decision rather than feel any pressure from him.
