Whilst waiting outside gentleman explained procedures and apologised keeping us waiting. Greeted by Kevin, very knowledgable, listened, asked questions, no pressure, good options,, did sleepmatch, offered a drink, left alone to try options, went home to discuss, came back and greeted again by Kevin. Order didn't take long, well explained.
