Dreams - High Wycombe

Kevin was the assistant at the High Wycombe store. He was extremely attentive and made sure we had plenty of time to make our decision, and the speed in which the order was placed and delivery agreed was very impressive. The only down side was that the blanket box in the same colour of the bed, headboard etc was not available.

Kevin met us with a smile, explained how they found the best type of bed for our needs, (using the hi-tech bed), showed us the selection and allowed us plenty of time to try them out. When we selected one we were offered various options and extras but not with hard sell. We took advantage of the duvet and pillow offers and our order was duly processed. Job done.

The sales lady was great

James was our sales assistant. He was very helpful and informative. And the fact that I could take my furbaby onto the store was the cherry on top for me! Well done Dreams Team!

I called the High Wycombe store to enquire about mattresses and spoke to James. He was so knowledgeable and friendly. I then went into the store a few hours later nad he knew who I was straight away and remembered our conversation and was so helpful and enthusiastic. Then I tried to fit my mattress into the car, but the lovely warehouse manager advised me not to. The next day, I was called by a lovely delivery man,Tim, who was so helpful and polite when he delivered the mattress. I have never had a better customer service experience.
