We were greeted very warmly by Charles. He offered us water and the opportunity to use the sleep match machine, which we did. We were shown the different pillows available and I was impressed with the selection. We were shown a variety of mattresses and Charles’ knowledge on each of them was highly commendable. We purchased the mattress and pillows that he recommended and we are extremely happy with the service. We were offered a hot drink whilst sorting the paperwork out. We felt very safe and protected from Covid at all times. A very enjoyable visit!

Served by Mick who was very helpful, explained all the social distancing rules from the start. Knowledgable about the products listened to what we needed and wasn’t too pushy. He left us on our own when we needed to try out the beds and discuss our decisions but helped when we asked questions. Perfect salesman in our opinion.
