The lady who served me was very knowledgeable on products and only showed me products close to my budget. If I had any criticism, it would be that I felt filling out this survey with a high rating was too forced, however, all my needs were fulfilled.

Charles, the dreams employee who saw to us when we visited was extremely knowledgeable about the products in the store. He showed us different varieties of beds and mattresses to make sure we understood what the best product was that would suit our needs. He was very kind and offered us several beverages in our time there. He also took his time explaining to us the details of the different types of mattresses and saying why one may benefit More then another. All of which was useful in making my decision.
