Joshua in the Flackwell store was fab. We were trying to find a mattress for my son. He used the “sleep” machine, before finding the correct mattress for him. Amazing, wound thoroughly recommend.

We have been trying to obtain a mattress for several weeks online during the lockdown. Two have been undelivered due to damage at the carriers depot. It was therefore a relief to be able to get back to 'real' shopping.

Excellent customer service greeted offered gloves water hand sanitiser we had masks we were offered sleepmatch which took hardly anytime, josh was informative and when I told him what we were looking for showed excellent products I had my elderly parents with me and he made sure we went in the lift and on arrival at store my mother was offered to sit and wait on a bed near the door. Excellent experience will recommend to family and friends

The young man josh was very good helped my mum understand which bed and mattress would be best helped her to lift and knew what we needed and right price very efficient and a credit to dreams
