Charles the Sales Assistant was very knowledgable and friendly and patient with me choosing the appropriate mattress for my physical needs as well as caring for the new way of shopping with in the COVID restrictions

Joshua in the Flackwell store was fab. We were trying to find a mattress for my son. He used the “sleep” machine, before finding the correct mattress for him. Amazing, wound thoroughly recommend.

We have been trying to obtain a mattress for several weeks online during the lockdown. Two have been undelivered due to damage at the carriers depot. It was therefore a relief to be able to get back to 'real' shopping.
