James welcomed us as soon as we entered the store, he explained all the safety measurements put in place and asked us to wash our hands before entering. He explained the route to take around the store and where we could find what bed frame we were looking for. He came to check how we were getting on and to see if we needed any help. We then went on to test what mattresses would suit us best on the fitting machine. After we had been given our results James gave myself and my partner a pillow each to use whilst trying different mattresses. He was very patient and talked us through the differences between the mattresses we were testing. He then gave us space and time to make a decision. James was polite and professional whilst being very friendly. He offered us a drink whilst we discussed what we wanted to order. We would highly recommend Dreams for the great service we received. We bought an ottoman bed frame, therapur mattress and 2x therapur pillows all with James’ guidance.

We have been trying to obtain a mattress for several weeks online during the lockdown. Two have been undelivered due to damage at the carriers depot. It was therefore a relief to be able to get back to 'real' shopping.
