The member of staff was very patient and helpful as we tested a number of different mattresses. We were also given plenty of time on our own to decide which bed and mattress we wanted to buy.

Because I suffer with back problems and wanted the best bed to suit my needs and the member of staff who helped me was very helpful in doing this

Friendly staff bought a bed for my 11 year old son and assistant took his views and opinions on board and made him feel important

Easy experience and fantastic service to meet our needs

I was greeted and very well looked after during the visit by James. He is a true asset to your store. I was shown a wide range of products available, was not rushed with decision making and was made very welcome in the store. Massive thanks to James for the perfect shopping experience!

I have been purchasing bed frames/bases and mattresses from Dreams, High Wycombe for over 20 years now. This branch has always been very friendly and welcoming to me. They didn't pounce on me the minute I walked through the door (my pet hate). I had a pleasent welcome and was left to look around and when I was ready for help, Leah was with me all the way to the sale. I like that they have some items in the warehouse next door should I wish to take home the same day. I have never had a problem with any of my purchases and this is why I keep going back to Dreams - High Wycombe. I have even taken my mother to this branch to purchase a bed.

The assistant Mick, was very knowledgeable and willing to spend any amount of time explaining things to me.

Overall both sales people that I dealt with were very polite, friendly, knowledgeable and importantly, not too pushy (as some sales staff can be) Marika and Christian were available when I needed assistance but also happy to give me space and time to decide on my purchase decisions. They had detailed knowledge of products and were confident and assured. I would definitely go back and my experience was 100% positive
