Josh gave us plenty of time to decide on a mattress & we didn’t feel at all pressurised into buying a particular one. He seemed very knowledgeable and able to guide us when we expressed our concerns. Also he didn’t give any of the classic sales pitch which really annoys me in other show rooms and would have put me off buying a mattress there.
