Charles immediately came over to us to greet and ask if we needed help. He explained things well so we could understand the difference between the beds and make an informed choice of product. He seemed to genuinely care that we were happy with our purchase and his customer service was excellent. The shop was nice and quiet so easy to distance but everything was being done to ensure the guidelines were being kept to.
