Our salesman was extremely knowledgeable and his suggestions were useful and practical. Nothing was too much trouble and we were not made to feel rushed into any decision or product. Plenty to choose from and prices to suit budget.

I called to enquire about a new mattress on behalf of an elderly gentleman. The item I wanted was in stock so the person I spoke to put it aside for me to collect. He was busy when I arrived at the store so he sat me down with a coffee. I received a nice discount and the items were carried to my car for me. Thank you Dreams!

We were greeted as we stepped in the door by Rumla we had a idea what we wanted so she kindly took us to the desk .As we sat done Christain asked if we would like a coffee or anything we declined as hadn't long had one .Rumla had kindly taken our paperwork to Christain as to what we wanted and he went through it all efficiently asking questions to make sure thats what we wanted .Our order was processed very quickly and we were given the nearest delivery date which was just a few days ,after. Very impressed with both members of staff who were friendly and gave excellent customer service .We have used Dreams over several years and recommended them to others .Well Done
