In a word......James. Probably the most professional salesperson I have ever witnessed in retail. He knows exactly when to engage or withdraw and has a very strong product knowledge which always helps. We knew we were looking for a new bed however we were not necessarily going to spend yesterday....James changed all of that. Whatever we asked he has a solution, nothing was too much trouble and he demonstrates a clear enthusiasm for his role and product. Brilliant !

The assistant was helpful, knowledgeable and kind. Spent plenty of time with us understanding our needs. We loved the sleep machine. She helped us with getting the right pillows, base and mattress and talked us through the options best suited for us both.
