The manager of the store was excellent. His knowledge and ability to understand our needs was outstanding. It was lovely being offered coffee and water. We are looking forward to receiving of mattresses.

In a word......James. Probably the most professional salesperson I have ever witnessed in retail. He knows exactly when to engage or withdraw and has a very strong product knowledge which always helps. We knew we were looking for a new bed however we were not necessarily going to spend yesterday....James changed all of that. Whatever we asked he has a solution, nothing was too much trouble and he demonstrates a clear enthusiasm for his role and product. Brilliant !
