The service from stepping into the store through to the actual purchase was very well handled indeed. Our adviser (Mick) was friendly, knowledgable and took time to really establish what our needs were. We have shopped in Drams before, but the level of service we received was really very good indeed.

Josh was friendly and very knowledgable. I felt safe in relation to social distancing etc. There was a good range of products and the computerised mattress test at the start was very useful.
