Our assistant James was very knowledgeable, and was able to help us find the right mattress by picking up on the little details of what we were after, as well as putting us at ease during our shopping experience.

The service from stepping into the store through to the actual purchase was very well handled indeed. Our adviser (Mick) was friendly, knowledgable and took time to really establish what our needs were. We have shopped in Drams before, but the level of service we received was really very good indeed.
