We were welcomed when we came to the store by Charles. Corvid protocols were brilliant. We were offered a drink and asked if we needed help. We weren't quite sure where to start so Charles suggested the sleepmatch machine, after looking for a base first. This helped us find the correct mattress to go with our base unit. We were also shown a selction of pillows. The knowledge that Charles shown was extensive and very helpful plus very polite. We definitely know where to come the next time we need a new bed.
