We were greeted at the store entrance, offered a drink. All social distancing rules were keenly followed and hand sanitiser was clearly available. Our needs were listen to and the bed match process explained to us. We were then shown several products and having asked a few more questions, left us briefly so that we could discuss our decision more privately. Additional questions we had were quickly answered and any concerns put at ease. Additional products like the added insurance put our minds at ease in regards to the investment we were making. The payment process, delivery and delivery day expectations were all shared with us, we were pleased that we got free gifts of the pillow and mattress protector as part of our purchase. An informative and pleasant experience, we feel confident that we were helped to make the right mattress choice for our needs. Thank you.

Called and spoke to Kevin who booked an appointment or me for the next day, received my email confirmation. When we got to the store he explained how everything works and put us on sleep analysis machine. Once that was done he then showed us various options based on our results
