Shopping as an emergency for a mattress for my daughter who was not present because she has head and neck injury and is in such great pain on her current mattress that I have paid for her to stay in a hotel. Salesman (Michele) went to great lengths to understand the individual issues and to advise. Then to arrange for the mattress to be available on the same day. I am so grateful.

We had the most helpful member of staff (Josh at High Wycombe.) We went in to buy beds for our 17 year old and 12 year old twins. Josh was incredibly patient even though we asked him a 100 questions. The staff were very friendly and very knowledgeable about the products, they asked us if we needed assistance when we walked through the door and made us feel really comfortable during our visit.

Very helpful assistant and looked after us well. Did a mattress test and showed us numerous mattress to try along with pillows.
